Hope you're having a great weekend! These days, I live in
yoga pants and a nursing tank when I'm at home with my newborn. When we're out running errands though, I want to look a bit more polished while still staying comfy. My current uniform is my favorite pair of jeans, a nursing tank, a light jacket, and my white Converses.
Nursing tanks are great because babies are constantly hungry. You'll need to be ready to feed at a moment's notice. For easy breastfeeding access, the shirt detaches from the strap.
I try to be organized but with lack of sleep, sometimes I forget to pack thing or two like a nursing cover or blanket. I use my jacket as a makeshift one.
I've traded in my purse and just throw my wallet, keys and phone unto this diaper bag. It's one less thing to carry when you've got your hands full with the baby and all his gear. This bag is lightweight and has a million pockets for everything. It also comes with a small changing pad so you don't have to spend money for an extra one. Here's a white and tan version if you're going for a lighter, summery look.
These JBrand jeans have been in heavy rotation for the last 2 years. It's a miracle that they lasted this long and still retain their shape!
Green Khaki Jacket (I bought mine last year at Banana Republic and is no longer available. Here's a similar one.) :: Maternity Tank (H&M makes a pack of 2 for $25. That's a steal for $12.50 per shirt!) :: Jeans :: Diaper Bag :: White Converse Sneakers
